Which is your jobsite of choice?

My jobsite of choice is http://www.bluechipexpert.com/
My reasons follow:
Largest Professional Database:
1. Blue Chip Expert connects hiring managers with uniquely qualified consultants, contractors and interim executives.
2. Members enjoy the benefits of precise matching technologies, personal service and the extended reach of many professional circles beyond their own.
3. Rather than operating a generic job board like Monster (Charts) or CareerBuilder, Blue Chip focuses on free agents, the roughly 12 million (Nov 2006) contract workers in the United States alone; and this figure is fast growning. Blue Chip CEO, Langmack wants a lock on the high end - software engineers, creative directors, consultants. It is common knowledge that the cream of the workforce never posts resumes on the big job boards, which is the more reason why companies have a hard time finding them.
4. This site is not just for MLM professionals even those currently employed or independent consultants, for head-hunters, the site could mean significant royalties. For example, once you create a Blue Chip profile outlining your skills for hire, you can invite friends to the site. If one gets hired for a project, you'll be rewarded with a cut of her project fee. A $200,000 gig, for instance, would net you $4,000.
5. Say a head hunter gets 50 resumes a day, most of which they can't use, it's going to be golden to refer them from within the high-end professional job bank. The Association of Executive Search Consultants, an umbrella group for headhunters, recommends the site to its members.
6. Whether you are In-house Recruiters and Hiring Managers or a Professionals seeking work or just simply want to search Professionals and Networkers Blue Chip is the place to be. What is more, you get paid for the gig which your references undertake; cool is it not
7. Use my link (please use this invitation code: ea346 You can enter through www.bluechipexpert.com or click on http://bluechipexpert.com/invite?code=ea346) to register, sure need all the money that you can make for me
8. In my article below, I outlined how to make extra bucks by referral.

How about making some money on the side? I hope and trust this note finds you well. You may be interested in a new company I signed up with--Blue Chip Expert--that connects top-flight contractors, consultants and interim executives with the folks who need them. It could be an ideal resource for you and takes only minutes to register. One signal of the exclusivity and caliber of the people and opportunities is the fact that BCE is invitation only. So when you visit, please use this invitation code: ea346 You can enter through www.bluechipexpert.com. Membership is free. There is no charge for prospective employers to review a candidate's credentials. Just like an executive search firm, no money changes hands unless somebody gets placed. In fact, the Association of Executive Search Consultants has made Blue Chip Expert their recommended resource for contract and interim placements. No other company deals with such premium placements. Because every member has to be referred into the network, there is a social networking aspect. I think BCE is what LinkedIn should've been. But CNN has profiled Blue Chip a little differently: http://money.cnn.com/magazines/business2/business2_archive/2006/10/01/8387089/index.htm?postversion=2006101707 I invite you to visit and register with BCE using the invitation code below: http://bluechipexpert.com/invite?code=ea346. Of course, I welcome any questions you might have. Sincerely,

Which will be the most growing business line of the auditing world within 5-10 years?

That is a loaded question. The author has not defined what is meant by the most growing business line; is it in terms of revenue or size of practitioners or ...? I do agree that unless Sarbanes-Oxley is overturned, it will still be SOX but I will quickly add that even SOX is not necessarily a one-stop shop. The SEC as well as the Communications regulatory authority and the courts are still defining the future of SOX; constantly and effectively revising SOX.

My professional opinion is that the next 2-5 years will see increased hy-brid of SOX such as the type of services we currently provide - eBLARM -e Business Legal Audit and Risk Management. As opposed to the traditional/classical auditing regime which look at paper form, eBLARM focuses purely on online (eBusiness) transactions within the business goals and risks assessment (and management) of the exposures resulting from online transactions. These specialised rather than generalised niches are the future. The question thus becomes, not which business line of the auditing world will grow most in terms of revenue ... but instead, which of the sub-sets (groups) of the above auditing business lines will increase the most. These niche businesses are already springing up.

For instance a colleague work for a German company that specialises in Meta-Consultant to companies. Their specific tasks are to: • Determine and analyses the internal consulting situation; evaluating the consulting projects completed up to that respective point in time [scoped]; and creating profiles of consulting firms. Including: - Investigation of the Consulting Firms, Project Topics, Consulting Expenses and Interviews with Owners- Examining survey forms to Project Owners and Previously-Contracted/Other Consulting Firms. OthersOne last thought; unless a dramatic event prompting the enactment of SOX-like Act in the other categories occurs, such as the cases ENRON, ARTHUR ANDERSEN, MCI WORLDCOM, SOX and the niche services outlined above will continue to dominate. For more information about eBLARM and similar niche services contact me at emajr@post.cz.
